Overview
This project involved supporting preparatory work for a proposed ₹100 crore fundraising initiative at Swiss Military. The focus was on bringing together commercial understanding, forecast thinking and investor-facing clarity so that the fundraising story could be reviewed in a structured way.
My Role
I worked alongside CFO, Finance and Legal stakeholders to support forecast inputs, P&L interpretation, commercial narrative building and management-deck clarity. My role was to help make the business story easier to understand while keeping the financial logic aligned with internal review.
Outcome
The raise was ultimately not executed, but the readiness process provided strong exposure to financial planning, cross-functional collaboration and investor-oriented communication.
